Facilities Master Plan

Scope: The 2009 Campus and Facilities Master Plan incorporates changes made to the 1991 Plan, as well as the 1999 and 2005 updates. TCU's Facilities Master Plan provides a framework for the development and management of TCU's buildings, infrastructure, grounds and related facilities. The Plan guides the evolution of TCU's facilities, allowing the university to manage change in an orderly fashion, conserve and enhance functional effectiveness and improve environmental quality and the ambiance of the campus.
