Sophomore Housing

Scope: The Construtction of two residential facilities, located in the northeast section of Worth Hills, is on schedule for completion by the first week of August 2013. Currently, window and masonry installation is underway, while the roof work and interior framing are rapidly progressing. Upon completion, the facility will provide beds for approximately 400 persons with a combination of two, three and four bedroom suits, as well as student study space. This facility is scheduled for a minimum of a Silver LEED certification.
