Worth Hills Parking Garage

 

Scope:

The Worth Hills Parking Garage project included the design and construction of TCU’s second parking structure.  This cast-in-place six-level facility with precast skin was built over an active creek and consists of approximately 391,411 sf, with 1,199 parking spaces inside the garage.
The garage provides parking for students residing in Worth Hills, is located just West of the Worth Hills Greek Village Development and South of Amon G. Carter Stadium. It can be accessed from the West side of the relocated Pond Drive as well as the Physical Plant Parking Lot.

Current Status: Complete

Start Date:  May 2015

Completion Date: September 2016
