Charlie and Marie Lupton Baseball Stadium Improvements, Phase I

Scope: The first phase of the Charlie and Marie Lupton Baseball Stadium improvements included a new players' locker room; lounges and showers; a team meeting room; renovated training room; expanded equipment and laundry rooms; a new coaches' locker room; additional offices and conference rooms for coaching staff; an expanded concourse with an enlarged concession area; restroom facilities; a relocated bullpen; storage facilities for field equipment; and a new stadium entry with an elevator.

Additionally, a 10,000 sf structure - the G. Malcolm Louden Player Development Center - was constructed along the third base line to house new indoor batting cages. Along with the batting cages, a new outdoor practice field was built alongside the outfield on the third base side. This 11,000 square-foot practice area contains field turf.
